Events & Working Bees

Our community working bees are held for two hours on the third Sunday of every month 9 - 11 am. Many of us stay on afterwards for a cuppa, some snacks and a chat.

During working bees members and visitors work together in groups on the major tasks of the Garden: composting, weeding, planting and harvesting from the communal vegetable areas, tending to the food forests, border gardens and native areas, cleaning the community areas and shed, and carrying out any other necessary communal infrastructure tasks.
